2) The lot was subdivided God knows when by the original (not with us anymore) owner's, but NOT recorded with the COA, only with the county.
3) The property is in a Critical Water Zone.
4) The COA told me only a warehouse/ storage may be built and I've been told a house may be built, because the lot is within a buffer of the Critical Water Zone. AFTER and IF, it's approved for a legal lot.
